Terms of service

Please review the rules and guidelines governing our marketplace, tools, and digital agency services.

01

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, browsing our marketplace, or purchasing custom AI agency solutions from AI Hub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using our site and services immediately.

02

Account registration and security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Promptly notify us if you detect any unauthorized access or security breaches.

03

Marketplace products and tool licenses

Digital tools, AI templates, automation scripts, and pre-built workflows sold on our marketplace are licensed, not sold. When you purchase an item, AI Hub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the asset in accordance with the specific license tier selected at checkout. You may not sublicense, redistribute, or reverse-engineer proprietary core model configurations unless explicitly authorized.

04

Custom agency services

Client engagements regarding custom AI automation, bespoke AI agents, web development, mobile application builds, and enterprise systems are guided by individual statements of work (SOW). In case of conflict between these generic terms and a signed SOW, the specific terms of the statement of work shall take precedence.

05

Billing, payments, and refunds

All purchases through our storefront are billed in the stated currency. Due to the immediate delivery of digital software and code assets, marketplace purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except as required by applicable consumer law. Custom service refunds are governed by milestones outlined in the applicable agreement.

06

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to use AI Hub services or marketplace deliverables to generate unlawful content, infringe third-party intellectual property, conduct malicious network actions, or bypass safeguards embedded within AI models. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior warning.

07

Intellectual property rights

All logos, branding, interface designs, original text, documentation, and platform code remain the exclusive property of AI Hub and its licensors. User-submitted content and customer-owned proprietary data processed by deployed models remain the sole property of the respective customer.

08

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Hub and its directors, staff, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, model hallucinations, data loss, or reliance on tools purchased via the marketplace.

09

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding must be instituted in the competent courts located within that jurisdiction.

10

Modifications and updates

We reserve the right to revise or replace these terms at our sole discretion. Material changes will be indicated with an updated revision date at the top of this document. Continued usage of our website and services following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
